Issuing a Refund

In certain cases, you may need to issue refunds to your customers. Amazon Pay allows you to issue refunds by using the Refund API for a transaction. Every time a successful refund takes place, Amazon Pay sends the customer a confirmation email with details about the refund. You can issue full or partial refunds against previously successful transactions. A full refund includes the entire amount charged for the transaction. Partial refunds can be any amount between zero and the maximum defined by the service or the amount charged for the transaction.
