Closing Your Amazon Pay Account

Once Amazon Pay account has been closed, it cannot be reopened. There is no cost for keeping an Amazon Pay account open; you can leave your account dormant as long as you want without incurring any fees.

If you do decide to close your account, contact Customer Service to request a full account closure.

Later, if you decide you want to use Amazon Pay again, simply shop on a third-party website/app that accepts Amazon Pay and you can create a new Amazon account after accepting User Agreement.
